Here is a simple tabbed presentation template for use in Articulate. A screenshot is below. It consists of four tabs, but more could be added easily. It is a variation on the blue tabs theme I saw elsewhere. You can see it in action here.

This is great but how is it actually created?

I’m sorry, I didn’t capture how I made it, but if you view the master slides in Powerpoint you will see how they are used to provide the background template for each of the different tabbed slides. Each of these text boxes (each tab is a text box) are hyperlinked, so that they link to the other slides as appropriate.
